Please join Main Street White Sulphur Springs for Third Thursday on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 5 – 8 p.m. as we celebrate with a Holiday Open House. We will also be celebrating an anniversary and a birthday!
We will be ringing in “An Old-Fashioned Christmas in the Village” with exciting holiday activities! Chef Steven Halliday and Joe Peroney, an apprentice from The Greenbrier Resort will be creating an ice sculpture in Old Mill Park. Richie Rhodes will also be providing carriage rides AND Santa and Mrs. Claus will be serving hot cocoa and cookies at City Hall! To top off our festivities, all are invited to meet at the clock so we can join together singing Christmas carols.
And that’s not all! Gillespie’s Flowers and Productions, celebrating their 90th year in business this year, will host an anniversary party with champagne, wine, cheese and crackers, and cupcakes. Kittens Corner will be hosting a Stella Dot trunk show and serving birthday cake in honor of Ruth’s birthday. There will also be a wine tasting at Vines and Grinds and sweet treats at b sweet confectionary. Others participating include Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity and Black Crow Primitives.
Third Thursdays are a social event of Main Street White Sulphur Springs to promote and showcase businesses and other attributes of White Sulphur Springs. For more information, visit www.wssmainstreet.org or call 304-536-5060.
