The White Sulphur Springs Lions recently presented two of their members with Longevity Awards from Lions International.

President Connie McMichael presented Lion Betty Gillespie with a 25-year membership pin. Lion Betty began her volunteer work with Lions in the Lioness Club, and has served as secretary, president, and other offices for the Lions.

Lion Roger Martin received a pin for 40 years of service. He continues to be the club’s top salesperson for mops and brooms, and has served as Tail Twister for many years.

White Sulphur Springs Lions meet each second and fourth Monday at 7 p.m. For more information, contact current President Connie McMichael at 536-3572.
