b sweet is not only what you should do, but it is where you need to go now in White Sulphur Springs.

The grand opening on Oct. 26 of the newest hotspot for incredible edibles has ushered in cupcake heaven.

Erin Bowes, a tenured stay at home mom and former chef at The Greenbrier has opened a confectionery at 37 W. Main Street. Tuesday through Saturday she is turning the community onto her creative ideas for cupcakes and baked goods of all the usual sorts. They are stunningly featured on the b sweet Facebook page.

Each day presents tastier morsels than the day before. I started with the Happy Birthday yellow cake with white butter cream on a Friday and then hit up Tuesday’s white wedding cake with shimmering white butter cream and sugar pearls. I washed it all down each time with a unique house blend coffee. Perfection!

Erin explains so far the best selling cupcake is the Saturday’s Pancake and Bacon with a salted maple butter cream finished with bacon.

I have to stop now, see you there!
