Harmony Ridge is excited to again welcome back The Greenbrier Sporting Club to the Lewisburg Chocolate Festival!

This year, Head Pastry Chef Alyssa Mayo and her culinary team will welcome you to the wizarding world of Harry Potter! Gather your wands and stop in see The Greenbrier Sporting Club’s Harry Potter chocolate works of art. It’s sure to be a magical experience for all muggles.

Feast your eyes on the sorting hat, marauder’s map, chocolate wands and golden snitch made of chocolate!  Taste not only one, but two amazing chocolate desserts: The “Hogsmeade’s Famous Butterbeer Tarts” made with sweet vanilla tart shell filled with an almond cream, toffee sauce, and topped with a white chocolate and cream soda mousse; and the “Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s Daily Espresso Patronum” made with dark chocolate half-baked brownie, chocolate truffle pudding, espresso gel, coffee panna cotta and frothy milk chiboust.
