An upholstery class and a course about starting a career in real estate will be held at New River Community and Technical College’s Greenbrier Valley Campus in January.
Beginning and Intermediate Upholstery will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday evenings from Jan. 7 through Feb. 4. The workforce education training to become a licensed real estate professional will start Jan. 5. Upon completion of the course, students will be equipped to take the West Virginia Real Estate Licensure Examination. The course is led by Martha Hilton (ABR, CRS, GRI) Real Estate Broker in Lewisburg.
