U.S. Congressman Evan Jenkins featured guest speaker at Reagan Day

U. S. Congressman Evan Jenkins who serves the Third Congressional District comprised of 17 counties that include Greenbrier, Pocahontas and Monroe counties, will be the keynote speaker at the Reagan Day Dinner.

A native of Huntington, Evan was elected to serve in the West Virginia House of Delegates, where he represented Cabell and Wayne counties for three terms from 1995 to 2001. In 2002, he was elected to the West Virginia Senate, where he served three terms from 2003 to 2015. Congressman Jenkins was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2014 and was sworn in on Jan. 6, 2015.

The Greenbrier County Republican Club is sponsoring the annual event on Saturday, Apr. 25 at 5 p.m. in the banquet room of the Quality Inn in Lewisburg.
