Two magical Chocolate Festival Tastings AND Enchanted Forest Scene entirely made of chocolate created by Executive Pastry Chef Amy Mills of The Greenbrier Sporting Club

Join Harmony Ridge Gallery in welcoming back the talented Executive Pastry Chef Amy Mills of The Greenbrier Sporting Club to the Lewisburg Chocolate Festival!

First, stop by Harmony Ridge Gallery with your tasting tickets for either a Dark Chocolate Truffle Profiterole or a White Forest Cake. The Dark Chocolate Truffle Profiterole is a rich chocolate custard with a hint of coffee and citrus inside dark chocolate pate choux with chocolate glaze and decor. The White Forest Cake is a moist white cake with white chocolate creme, macerated ripe strawberries and West Farms green strawberries with Strawbery Cassis coulis.

Amy Mills also presents her showcase piece title “Our Enchanted Forest.” Take time to admire this entirely chocolate creation, inspired by Snow White and The Huntsman. The forest comes to life with elements from these Disney features, including animals, plants, fairies and gnomes; all of which are made from chocolate, modeling chocolate and rolled fondant.

West Virginia Native, Amy Mills received her Degrees in Culinary Arts and in Baking & Pastry Arts with Advance Standing from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC. Since 2004, she has held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at The Greenbrier Sporting Club in White Sulphur Springs, WV. For more information about Amy Mills’ presentation at Harmony Ridge Gallery, call Aaron or Monica Maxwell at 304-645-4333.
