Starting the week of Oct. 5, Trillium School for Performing Arts will have in-person and virtual dance classes, and in-person theatre classes. All in-person classes are limited to five students and will be held at the historic Lewis Theatre. Classes are $40 per month.
Dance is with Hannah Morningstar-Stout. She has been with Trillium for four years and previously had her own studio in White Sulphur Springs until the flood of 2016. Hannah attended Alderson-Broaddus University. Her classes are relaxed and full of fun.
- Wednesdays (in-person): age 6-14 combo (tap, ballet, jazz) from 3-5 p.m. or 5:30-7:30 p.m. Adult tap from 7:30-8:30
- Fridays (virtual): age 3-5 Pre Ballet, 5:30-6 p.m. ages 6-14 combo (tap, ballet, jazz) from 6-8 p.m.
Exit Stage Left is being taught by Lynda Halliday. She has been with Trillium Performing Arts for 14 years as their Lighting Designer and Stage Manager. Lynda has a BFA in Visual and Performing Arts from Longwood University and has worked in professional theatre since 1974. She has taught theatre classes in California, Japan, Wisconsin, Virginia, and here.
This class will include theatre and film performing & technical techniques as well as some theatre history.
- Thursday (in person): age 15 to adult, 7-8 p.m.
- Saturday (in person): age 8-14, 10-11 a.m.

Students will be required to wear a mask and only students may enter the theatre. Classes will be held based on what schools are doing in Greenbrier County.
