The traditional Latin Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, June 5 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, US 60 west, White Sulphur Springs, at 2 p.m.
Father James Conyers, parochial vicar for the Catholic Churches of the Greenbrier Valley, will officiate at this special Mass which does meet the Sunday obligation for Catholics and the public is invited to attend.
A special choir has been assembled to sing the Latin hymns and responses for this Mass which, until the 1960’s, was universally offered in every Catholic church in the world on a weekly and in many cases daily schedule.
The Church is located across US 60 West from The Greenbrier Hotel Clinic.
