After a day on the run, a suspect is in custody
The West Virginia State Police have apprehended the suspect from an armed robbery that occurred in the Rupert area of Greenbrier County shortly after noon on Wednesday, July 14.
The individual pictured allegedly perpetrated the robbery at Summit Bank in Rupert.
Police say he held employees at gunpoint and took money from a vault.
After nearly a day on the run, State Police Lt. col. Dave Nelson said the individual was captured near Princeton on Thursday, July 15.
