Sonja Cole joins Hometown Appraisals & Realty

Sonja Cole comes to Hometown Appraisals & Realty with a background in management, sales and marketing. She has been extremely successful in all areas of business, and will be a huge asset to the firm. Cole’s past experience and knowledge will enable her to help client’s market, sale and purchase properties throughout the Greenbrier Valley and the surrounding areas.

Cole is a lifelong resident of Greenbrier County and resides in White Sulphur Springs with her husband of 35 years Lanie Cole. She is blessed with three beautiful daughters Megan, Courtney and Lanti, and also has one granddaughter Ella who she adores. Sonja faithfully attends Bethesda Temple of Praise in WSS and volunteers her time on the outreach team, assists with the nighttime nursery and enjoys connecting with others inside selected connect groups.

Sonja is a Realtor in the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the local MLS.
