Sherry Leigh McCoy Sizemore

Dunmore-Sherry Leigh McCoy Sizemore, 60, passed away Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, at her home in Dunmore surrounded by her family.
Born Oct. 4, 1954, at Hinton, she was a daughter of the late George Warren and Helen Elinore McMillion McCoy.
Sherry was an accountant with the National Radio Astronomy Observatory at Green Bank. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Mike McCoy.
She is survived by: her husband, Wesley Allen Sizemore; son, Nathaniel Dane Sizemore and wife Hanna of Marlinton; two grandchildren, Duncan and Tristan Sizemore; two sisters, Carolyn Haynes and Patricia Wickline and husband Mike all of Williamsburg; three brothers, Phil McCoy and wife Ellen of Williamsburg, Patrick McCoy and wife Frances and Luke McCoy and wife Gina all of Clintonville; and many nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg. Interment will immediately follow in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens in Lewisburg, with Rev. Denver Tiller officiating.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home from 1 until 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Sherry lived her entire life placing the needs of others above her own; following her example, please donate to the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
