Second Saturday Open Studios at Lee Street

Sean O’Connell Studio 10 clay demonstration

Artisans at Lee Street Studjos announce Second Saturday Open Studios on Aug. 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The public is invited to visit the artists in their studios. Lee Street Studios occupies the former Lewisburg Elementary School building at 232 Lee Street.

Romney Shelton Collins of Studio 6 is the featured artist in the Main Gallery at Lee Street Studios. Stop by and see her oils exhibit, entitled “Yours Truly, Romney.”

At 1 p.m., ceramic artist Sean O’Connell will be doing a clay demonstration in Studio 10.

From 3 to 4 p.m., Jeanne Brenneman will be painting in watercolor in Studio 6.

Members of WV Woodturners Association will be doing wood lathe demonstrations in Studio 18.

Other Lee Street studios also will be open to visitors.
