Artisans at Lee Street Studios announce Second Saturday Open Studios on Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The public is invited to visit the artists in their studios. Lee Street Studios occupies the former Lewisburg Elementary School building at 232 Lee Street.

Sean O’Connell of Studio 10 is the featured artist in the Main Gallery at Lee Street Studios. Stop by and see his ceramic arts exhibit, entitled “In It Together.” Sean will also be present on Dec. 8 for a Meet-The-Artist session from 1 to 4 p.m.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., stop by Studio 2 and make a fiber arts tree ornament, while supplies last (for age 8 and up).

At 2 p.m., there will be a wood lathe demonstration in the WV Woodturners Association’s woodturning studio.

From 3 to 4 p.m., Jeanne Brenneman will be painting in watercolor in Studio 6.

Other Lee Street studios also will be open to visitors.
