The Seasons declared deficiency free for second year in a row

The Seasons, a Genesis HealthCareSM Senior /Independent Living Facility located in Lewisburg, this week announced they have recently been declared Deficiency Free on their Annual Health Survey for a second year in a row. The Annual Health Survey is conducted by West Virginia’s Department of Health and is completed by a team of surveyors who inspect core criteria including quality of care, patient rights, nursing care, safety, and dietary services.

“The commitment to quality care our team exhibits is second to none and this accomplishment is a direct example of their hard work,” notes Executive Director, Nathan Hanshew. “The care and compassion they show is further evident in the survey results we received again this year in way of another deficiency free annual survey conducted by the State’s Department of Health.The Seasons is committed to excellence and positive outcomes.
