The Seasons, a Genesis HealthCareSM Senior /Independent Living Facility located in Lewisburg, this week announced they have recently been declared Deficiency Free on their Annual Health Survey for a second year in a row. The Annual Health Survey is conducted by West Virginia’s Department of Health and is completed by a team of surveyors who inspect core criteria including quality of care, patient rights, nursing care, safety, and dietary services.
