The Seasons, a Genesis HeaIthCare Senior/Independent Living Facility located in Lewisburg, this week announced they have recently been declared Deficiency Free on their Annual Health Survey. The Annual Health Survey is conducted by West Virginia’s Department of Health and is completed by a team of surveyors who inspect core criteria including quality of care, patient rights, nursing care, safety and dietary services.
“Our commitment to quality care and everyday compassion is the foundation of what we do,” notes Administrator, Nathan Hanshew. “These values led us to a deficiency free annual survey conducted by the State’s Department of Health. The Seasons is committed to excellence and positive outcomes. Our residents and their families value our quality care, compassionate staff, pleasant surroundings and proximity to home and hospital.
