Ruby enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and listening to county music. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Dawn Lephew, and brother, Donald Ray Fisher.

Survivors include her daughters, Rose Wilson and husband Sam of Union, and Loretta Lephew and companion Curtis Vandall of Alderson; her brothers, James Fisher, of Wolfcreek, and Andy Fisher, of Alderson; her sisters, Lori Dunbar and fiancé Charlie Dempsey of Alderson, and Betty Elmore of Alderson; her loving grandchildren, Nathan Wilson, Christopher Wilson, and Michael Wilson, Nataly Vandall, Abigail Vandall, and Laway in Flint; her great-grandchildren, Barrett Scott Wilson and Draven Flint; also several special nieces and nephews and relatives.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Lobban Funeral Home in Alderson followed by a graveside service at 2 p.m. at the Fisher Family Cemetery in Wolf Creek with Steve Bostic officiating.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
