Rosary Recitations set Memorial Day weekend at five area cemeteries

The members of the Greenbrier Valley Council 8689 Knights of Columbus will be leading Rosary Recitations at five area Catholic Cemeteries on Memorial Day weekend.
The first is scheduled at Mount Lorretta Cemetery at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in White Sulphur Springs on Sunday, May 28, at 8:30 a.m.
On Sunday, also, the Knights will lead the Rosary at Sacred Heart Cemetery at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Springdale at 11 a.m. which will be followed by the annual reunion Mass at 11:30 a.m., the blessing of the graves and then a covered dish luncheon, a tradition on Memorial Day weekend at Springdale.
On Memorial Day, the Rosary recitation will be held at 9 a.m. at St. John of God Cemetery at Sam Black Church; at10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Cemetery near Williamsburg; and at 5 p.m. at St. John, the Evangelist, new Cemetery behind the Catholic Chapel at Sweet Springs in Monroe County.
The public is invited to all Rosary recitations.
