Ronnie Hollandsworth

Ronnie Hollandsworth, 86, of White Sulphur Springs, passed away on Nov. 8, 2024, at his residence with his loving family by his side.

He was born Sept. 18, 1938, in Anthony, WV, the son of the late Paul H. and Beulah Spinks Hollandsworth.

Ronnie was a loving husband, dad, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and a friend to many.

He was a member of the Alvon Living Word Church, an Army Veteran, a member of the former Neola Lions Club and was a dedicated heavy equipment operator with Lynch Construction Company for 60 years.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson Joshua, mother and father-in-law George and Anna Lynch, sister-in-law Anna Gale Ryder and brothers-in- law Bruce Kersey and Buck Spinks, Noel Ryder and nephew Shadd Loving.

Surviving the legacy of Ronnie are his wife of 60 years Patsy L. Hollandsworth; children, Rhonda Clendenin (Jimmie), Wes Hollandsworth and Rebecca Dixon (Anthony) all of White Sulphur Springs; grandchildren Jonas Clendenin (Lauren), Jacob Clendenin (Autumn), Luke Clendenin (Jasmine), Chyna Pinnell (Michael) and Reece Rowan; great-grandchildren Liam, Emily, Ember, Stella, Tripp, Georgia, Scarlett, Harlow and Casen; sisters Norma Feury and Brenda Hollandsworth; brothers Neil Hollandsworth (Elaine) and Roger Hollandsworth; sisters-in-law Nellie (Bobby), Vickie (Buck), Linda, Sammy (Elmer) and Bonnie; brothers-in- law Henry Lynch (Christi), Mike Lynch (Debbie) and Johnny Lynch  (Shirley); special cousin Alma Jean Lewis; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends; and especially his furry buddy Cooper.

Funeral services for Ronnie will be Tuesday Nov. 12, at 1 p.m. at the Alvon Living Word Church, Neola, WV, with Pastors Bobby McClintic, Buck Caldwell and Robert Bruce McClintic officiating, interment will follow in the Lynch Family Cemetery, Neola, WV.

The family will receive family and friends from 11 a.m. until time of services at the church on Tuesday.

Ronnie’s wishes are all of his loved ones and friends meet him in Heaven.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Greenbrier County Humane Society, 151 Holliday Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
