Rondal Ray, Donald Eastmen passed away Feb. 3, 2025 in Beckley, WV, at Hospice Care.

He was born in Charlton Heights, WV, on Feb. 4, 1956, the son of the late Nile Eastman and Welza Plummer Eastman. He was employed for the Fayette County Board of Education for 43 years at Ansted Schools and Midland Trail High School.

He was preceded in death by uncles Kenneth Eastman and Homer Eastman; his aunt Iris Akers and cousins Brian Eastman and Ashley Eastman, a sister, Pearl Skaggs and step-mother, Ernie Johnson Eastman.

Rondal is survived by his loving wife Doris Kincaid Eastman, step-daughter Karie Johnson of Louisiana; brother-in-law Frank Kincaid of Victor; two sisters, Dolly Brown of Lookout and Geneve Kidd of Glen Ferris; half-brother Eugene Plummer of Texas; two adopted nephews, Greg DeHart and Kyle Tennant. Two aunts; Ina Eastman of Turkey Creek, WV and Lois Sneed of Georgia; cousin Tracy Eastman; and fur babies, Pansy, Bella and Coriander.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 2 p.m. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until time of service. Burial will follow in Chapel of Rest Mausoleum at Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor, WV.

Rev. Pat Franklin will be conducting the services.
