Ronceverte River Festival Royalty

The Queen Raechyl Beard, from Lewisburg, was crowned the Queen of the Ronceverte River Festival last Friday. Raechyl is 17 years old, the daughter of Tonya and Roy Painter, of Lewisburg. It was the first time she has entered a pageant like this, and she says she was surprised when they announced her as the winner.
