<p align="JUSTIFY">After decades of silence, a rape victim’s report leads to an arrest of a Greenbrier County man. Woodrow Martin Smith, 63, of Ronceverte, also known as Marty, was arrested after being accused in a rape case which occurred more than 30 years ago. Investigators said Smith was arrested around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30 on three counts of Third-Degree Sexual Assault. The victim, who was underage at the time of the sexual assault, recently came forward and claimed that Smith had raped him.</p> <p align="JUSTIFY">Smith has admitted to the charges and he was released on $25,000 bond. Police said that they believe there are more victims in the case who have not come forward. If anyone has information or believes they are a victim, they are asked to contact the West Virginia State Police Lewisburg Detachment.</p>
