-Roger Howard “Pepper” Lawhorn, Jr., 42, passed away Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023.
Pepper was born June 24, 1981, at Ronceverte, a son of Roger Howard Lawhorn, Sr. and Lisa D. Dixon Lawhorn of White Sulphur Springs.
He was a foreman for BFL Contracting Company for over 28 years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three daughters, Kaitlyn Burns of White Sulphur Springs, Chloe and Kylie Lawhorn, both of Asbury; the mother of his children, Nicole Burns of Asbury; two sisters, Jennifer Lawhorn of White Sulphur Springs and Kimberly Campbell (Glen) of Clifton Forge, VA; a brother, Levi Lawhorn of White Sulphur Springs; one nephew, Christian McNeely of White Sulphur Springs and a niece, Erica Aleshire of Clifton Forge, VA.
A celebration of life was held Thursday evening, Dec. 21, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs. He will be cremated following the service.
