Robin Hood is the outlaw of Sherwood Forest, leading a merry life with his followers. Anyone needing a place to live or food to eat is welcome in the greenwood. Impoverished citizens led by Robin are waging a battle against the evil Prince John. He has taken the place of King Richard the Lion-Hearted, who has gone on a crusade. Lady Merle of Cornwall, however, hopes to make John more acceptable to the people of England by forcing Maid Marian, Robin’s childhood sweetheart, to marry the Prince. It’s up to Robin to stop the marriage, defeat a nasty sheriff and secure Nottingham for the king’s return in a series of side-splitting antics that are guaranteed to thwart every dastardly plot and induce happily-ever-after laughter for audiences and performers alike!

Show dates for “Robin Hood: A Merry Musical Adventure” are Mar. 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 28 at 8 p.m. with matinee shows on Mar. 22 and 29 at 2 p.m. Children under three free. Box office tickets are available for purchase Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8 p.m. Tickets are on sale now online at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/1181285.
