Ronceverte-Roberta Gay Weikle, 74, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022, at Stonerise of Lewisburg (The Brier) in Ronceverte.

Born Feb. 21, 1948, at Ronceverte, she was a daughter of the late Roy Lee Weikle, Sr. and Nettie Christine Morgan Weikle.

Roberta was a lifelong resident of Ronceverte and was a member of Graystone Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin brother, Roy Lee Weikle, Jr.; sister, Glenda (Donald) Ferguson; and two brothers-in-law, Herman Toothman and Lee Dunbar.

Survivors include a daughter, Angie Minchillo (Glen); three grandchildren, Tyler Minchillo, Conner Minchillo and Lacie Minchillo; brother, Robert Weikle; and sisters, Maxine Toothman, Carolyn Dunbar and Twila Weikle. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, at Graystone Baptist Church, with Pastor Youel Altizer officiating. Burial will follow in Morgan Cemetery, Ronceverte.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.
