Robert C. Byrd Clinic (RCBC) is proud to announce that Amy Jasperse, RPh, CDCES, CCMS, Head of their Culinary Medicine and Diabetes Education program, has been selected to serve on the Advisory Board of the American College of Culinary Medicine (ACCM). This prestigious appointment recognizes Amy’s expertise and dedication to integrating nutrition, culinary skills, and medical science to improve patient outcomes.

The American College of Culinary Medicine is a leading organization committed to advancing culinary medicine as an essential component of healthcare. The Advisory Board plays a crucial role in shaping policies, guiding educational initiatives, and fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals, chefs, and nutrition experts nationwide.

Amy has been instrumental in developing RCBC’s Culinary Medicine and Diabetes Education programs, providing patients with hands-on learning experiences to manage chronic conditions through nutrition-focused lifestyle changes. Her appointment to the ACCM Advisory Board highlights her and RCBC’s commitment to innovative, patient-centered care.
