Rhema Christian Center is offering three new growth groups, including ACTS Bible Study beginning May 16 and running Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Facilitators are Pastor Stewart Farley and Pastor Lewie Moyer.

Jesus said that it was to our advantage that He would return to Heaven and send His Spirit to live on the inside of us. On the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit filled believers’ lives and the church age began.  The Acts of the Apostles after they were filled with the Spirit of God is what the Book of Acts is all about. This book is an account of what they witnessed taking place.  It’s exciting and powerful to watch what God wants us to know and understand.  Please join Pastor Stewart Farley and Pastor Lewie Moyer, as we explore verse by verse the Dynamic Acts of the Apostles.  This Bible Study will be meeting Wednesday evenings beginning May 16  from 7 – 8:30 p.m. at Rhema Christian Center. Visit www.TheRhemaLife.com or call 304-645-6999 to register.

Another class being offered is Celebrate Recovery Women’s 12 Step Study, also starting May 16 and running Wednesdays at 7 p.m. The facilitator is Sacha Haynes

Are you overwhelmed? Does your happiness depend on what others do or don’t do? Are you struggling with bad habits, addiction, or just plain need accountability in your life? If so, remember, change is possible! Jesus will meet you right where you are at and wants to lift your guilt and shame and wrap you in His grace!

Join Sacha Haynes and Judy Tucker for this women’s Celebrate Recovery 12 Step Study and begin or continue your road to recovery. Sessions begin Wednesday, May 16 from 7 – 8:30 p.m.

Visit www.TheRhemaLife.com or call 304-645-6999 to register.

Reduce Me to Love is another new growth group, also offered May 16, running Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Facilitators are Terri Beavers and Katie Beckett.

Many people who are trying to walk in God’s love are doing so in their own strength, but they can’t demonstrate God’s love because they never stop to receive it themselves. Because God is love, loving and being loved is what makes life worth living. Once you learn how to truly accept God’s unconditional love for you and walk in love like Jesus did, you will discover the sweet peace, deep joy, and unfailing strength that come with being willing to say, “REDUCE ME TO LOVE!”  Join Katie Beckett and Terri Beavers for this life changing study, Wednesday evenings from 7 – 8:30 pm at Rhema Christian Center beginning May 16.

Visit www.TheRhemaLife.com or call 304-645-6999 to register.
