Replacing what works with what sounds good

Dear Editor:
In the 1930s, Frank W. Tuckwiller (D) was elected to the WV Senate. In the mid-1950s, Senator Tuckwiller lead the Democrats for Underwood as Governor of West Virginia. In the mid 1960s, Capt. Frank W. Tuckwiller ditched the Democrat party after watching Jane Fonda’s support of North Vietnam while on an anti-aircraft gun. Now it’s 2016 and guess what? The decision of both Tuckwillers was correct.
Now Democrat Greg Zafros will not even try to validate his unsupported quote of Jeff Sessions. But, that’s just like the rest of Greg’s “Commentary” of 3 December 2016. Unsupported words strung together supporting his Big Enough Lies theory.
Greg, here’s a quote from Thomas Sowell that illustrates your writings of the past.
“Much of the social history of the Western world, over the past three decades, has been a history of replacing what worked with what sounded good.”
You, Greg, need to talk about what your political party is trying to accomplish, what are your goals, who supports you, and what is good and memorable about your party. You seem to be the embodiment of what my Grandfather was leaving and what Jane Fonda was joining. Keep telling your half-truths and full lies, and soon you will be all alone. Democrats used to support citizens of the United States of America, not the political elites, Wall Street, the illegal immigrants, gangs, and drug smugglers from Mexico. Who do you support?
Frank Tuckwiller
Lewisburg
