At a ceremony in his Beckley District Office on Friday, Rep. Rahall was presented with an award of appreciation from the Coalition for Medicare Choices for his efforts in opposing cuts to the Medicare Advantage payments rates. The Coalition represents, among others, retired teachers, state workers, and higher education employees who receive their insurance through West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA).
