Drawn by the wafting smells of delicious food, customers flock to the LFM Café to enjoy the best of local food here served by Chef Chris Foley.

Take Dad out for a delicious local pulled pork BBQ sandwich this Saturday at the Lewisburg Farmer’s Market.

Local pork from Dogwood Hill Gardens and organic local coleslaw on a homemade roll come together to create a tasty Father’s Day lunch prepared by Tim Peregoy of Azimuth Organics. For veggie lovers, Tim will prepare a savory kale, squash, and herb cheese bake topped with a garlic scape pesto. Join friends and neighbors in celebrating the delight of street food and community at LFM while you have access to the freshest in season local produce grown by people who love the land.

The LFM Cafe’ will be serving food from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday June 16, and the market is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Lewisburg Farmers Market is located in the parking lot between the post office and the Lewisburg United Methodist Church. LFM accepts SNAP, EBT, Senior Coupons and credit cards. Vendors offer breads, baked goods, sweets, lettuces and salad mix, spinach, radishes, spring onions, kale, chard, chicken, pork, beef, lamb, Persian food, herbs and bedding plants, and unique crafts and gifts.
