Rainelle Town Council

meetings are held every second and fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Rainelle City Hall. The public is invited to attend.

Greenbrier County Farmland Protection Board

–  Confirm separation of employment of Whitney Harris

from the Greenbrier County Emergency 911 Commu-

nications Center effective date of July 17, 2025 (Date

of hire 2/5/2024).

–  Confirm separation of employment of Bev Nelson

from the Greenbrier County Prosecutor’s Office effec-

tive date of July 30, 2025 (Date of hire 4/15/2019).

–  To consider and act upon a Resolution of the County

Commission which would set a public hearing date

and provide notice of such public hearing regarding

the approval of (i) the Tax Increment Financing Appli-

cation (the “TIF Application”) with respect to the pro-

posed amendment to Project Plan No. 2 for the devel-

opment/redevelopment district known and designa-

ted as Greenbrier County TIF District #1 (White Sul-

phur Springs) (the “TIF District”); (ii) submission of the

the TIF Application to the West Virginia Division of

Economic Development for consideration of approval;

and (iii) approval of other items in connection there

with.
