Lewisburg Parks Commission

will meet Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West. On the agenda:

• Approval of Minutes – Sept. 6, 2016

• Special presentation from Governor’s Office

• Dorie Miller Park improvements

• Dog Park update

• Project update

• Communication from members

Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission

will meet Monday, Nov. 7, at 5 p.m. in regular session in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West. On the agenda:

• Approval of Minutes – Oct. 17, 2016

• Public Hearing: John Kite, 137 North Lafayette Street –

deck lights and hardware

• Public Hearing: Damian Hurt: 455 Randolph Street –

lights and hardware

• Public Hearing: Van James, 210 West Randolph Street

– build a pergola over porch with a security wall, repair

front porch with matching shingle, strip siding and paint

• Public Hearing: Old Stone Cemetery, 200 Church Street

– fence and landscaping angle

• Public Hearing: Dewitt Shank, 247 N Lee Street –

replace existing deck with 12×12 deck and replace gutters

• Zoning Officer Chuck Smith

– Stuart Margolin, 186 Lee Street – painting exterior and

trim

• Communication from members

Next meeting Dec. 12 with deadline of Nov. 17
