Ronceverte Planning Commission
will meet Monday, July 25, at 5:30 p.m. in Ronceverte City Hall. On the agenda:
• Approval of Minutes
• Permit / Variance requests
• Intersection of Route 219 / Main Street West and Cedar Street
• Zoning Ordinance Review – discussion with WVU Land Use Clinic
regarding review of current zoning ordinance and comprehensive plan
• Other business
Greenbrier County Planning Commission
will meet Wednesday, July 27, at 6 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
• Public comment on agenda items
• Approval of Minutes from June meeting
• Discussion of comp plan update
– Identification of key issues
– Determine goals and objectives
– Review and discuss future land use map and future land use
classifications
– Discuss additional information needed
• Discussion regarding Zoning Ordinance Revisions
– Discuss use table and definitions
• Old Business
• Communication from board members
• Public comment
Greenbrier County Farmland Protection Board
will meet Thursday, July 28, at 12 noon in the Conference Room at Greenbrier Valley Economic Development Center. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda is as follows:
• Opening and approval of the Minutes from last meeting
• Audit information
• Report on easements closing
• Report on activities of easements in the pipeline
• New board members
• Payment of bills
• New Business
• Public comment
