Lewisburg Parks Commission
will meet Tuesday, July 5, at 7 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West. On the agenda:
• Approval of Minutes – May 3, 2016 and June 7, 2016
• Project updates
• Communication from members
Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals
will meet Tuesday, July 5 at 7 p.m. in the main floor courtroom. On the agenda:
• Disclosure of Appeal Process
Article 1014.05 of the Zoning Ordinance- Appeal from a Decision of the Board
“Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision or order of the Board may present to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County a petition duly verified, setting forth that such decision or order is illegal in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the alleged illegality. The petition shall be presented to the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision or order of the Board.”
• Public Hearing
– Appeal by Rainelle Medical Center for Special Exception/
Conditional Use from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordi-
nance. The appellant request a special exception/conditional
use to allow for a professional office to be used as a health
center at 390 Industrial Park Rd, Maxwelton.
• New Business
– Action Minutes – June, 7, 2016 meeting
Lewisburg Building Maintenance Board
will meet Wednesday, July 6, at 8 a.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber in Lewisburg City Hall. On the agenda:
• Roy Scott property, Montvue Drive
• Glenn Singer, 405 (141) Hahn Street, appeal to the vacant structure
ordinance
• Update on identified vacant property structures
• Communication from members
• Approval of Minutes – May 4, 2016
