Ronceverte Finance Committee

 

will meet Monday, Nov. 25 at 5 p.m. in Ronceverte City Hall. Items to be discussed include:

• Accounts payable

• Accounts receivable

• Utilities

• Lease of City property

• Fleet Replacement Plan & other fleet business

• Personnel issues

• Other Business

Greenbrier County Commission

will meet Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 10 a.m. in Room 212 in the Greenbrier County Courthouse, Lewisburg. On the agenda;

• Regular Business

– Approve Minutes of Nov. 12, 2013 Regular Meeting

– Settlements of Estates

– Exonerations/County Splits/Consolidations

• Financial Approvals

– Arts & Recreation Transfer

– Budget Revisions

– Line Item Transfer

– Pay Bills

• Presentation

– Birthplace of Rivers National Monument (Pocahontas County

  Commission)

• Public Comment for Agenda Items

• New Business

– Consider request from Friends of the Blue for extension on the

  project

– Approval for new hire at Day Report to fill vacancy

– Discussion in regards to Sears Kit home beside Courthouse

– Certify list of Final Disposition of 2012 Real Property

– Consider accepting resignation on Civil Service Board and

  appointment of a replacement

– Request from Sheriff to help fund an update into the old jail

– Request from Sheriff to release board of education funding

– Consider closing Courthouse for a full day on Christmas Eve &

  New Year’s Eve

– Consider petition for removal of executor on estate of Valeria Ann

Local Recipient Organization of EFSP Board of Directors

will meet Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 3:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at 111 E. Washington Street, Lewisburg.
