Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals

will meet Thursday, June 7, at 7 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom. On the agenda:

Preliminary Business

• Acknowledgement of Public Notice

• Disclosure of Appeal Process

Article 1014.05 of the Zoning Ordinance- Appeal from a Decision of the Board

“Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision or order of the Board may present to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County a petition duly verified, setting forth that such decision or order is illegal in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the alleged illegality. The petition shall be presented to the Court within thirty {30) days of the date of the decision or order of the Board.”

Public Hearing

• Appeal by James L. Rose Estate for a Special Exception from the

Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests a

special exception to use an existing 30×48 shop for a business

location at 10933 Highland Trail, Ronceverte.

• Appeal by Hidden Quarry, LLC (Timm Schleiff) for a Special

Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The

appellant request a special exception to allow for a portion of the

property to be commercial to make an existing workshop compliant

at 579 W. Washington Street, Lewisburg.

• Appeal by MOS Property (Martin Schleiff) for a Special Exception

from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant

request a special exception to construct a commercial type

workshop at W. Washington Street, Lewisburg.
