Ronceverte Finance Committee

will meet Monday, Apr. 27 at 5 p.m. at Ronceverte City Hall. On the agenda:

• Approval of Minutes

• RVFD Budget

• Business Licensing

• Other Business

Community Spring Meeting

The trustees and officers of the Organ Cave Community Center will hold a Community Spring Meeting at the center Monday, Apr. 27 at 7 p.m. The center continues to serve the community, but is in serious need of help and also for suggestions to raise funds for the center if it is to remain a viable part of the community. Please plan to attend this important meeting. Please contact 304-647-5482 or 304-647-5265 if you have any questions or concerns.

Greenbrier County Commission

will meet Tuesday, Apr. 28, at 7 p.m. in Room 212. On the agenda:

Public Hearing: Small City Block Grant application for PSD #2

• Regular Business

– Approve Minutes – Apr. 14, 2015 Regular Meeting & Apr. 21, 2015

Special Meeting

– Settlements of Estates

– Exonerations/County Splits/Consolidations

• Financial Approvals

– Arts & Recreation Transfer

– Budget Revisions

– Line Item Transfer

– Pay Bills

• Public Comment for Agenda Items

• New Business

– Consider sponsoring of application for Small City’s Block Grant on the

PSD#2 water project (Sam Black Water Extension)

– Consider request from Sheriff for new hire for security

– Consider joining NJPA (National Joint Powers Alliance)

– Consider allocating Arts & Rec Committee recommendations for the

2015-2016 Grant Cycle

– Consider executive session to consult with Legal counsel in regards

to a county board
