Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission

will meet Monday, Apr. 13, at 5 p.m. in regular session in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg. On the agenda:

• Approval of Minutes – Mar. 9, 2015

• Tori Ogden/North House Museum, Old Stone/City Cemetery – Headstone

cleaning

• Exonerations/County Splits/Consolidations

• Financial Approvals

– Arts & Recreation Transfer – Line Item Transfer

– Budget Revisions – Pay Bills

New Business

• Consider annual funding for Mountain Transit Authority (MTA)

• Consider approving and signing Homeland Security Grant in amount of

$205,000 and approving advanced funding. Grant is for mobile

communication/command vehicle.

• Consider approving and signing Homeland Security Grant in amount of

$5,000. Grant is to replace generator on mass medical trailer.

• Consider approving and signing resolution stating Apr. 12-18 as National

Telecommunicator’s Week.

• Consider adjusting building permit fees

• Announce opening for Fiduciary Commissioner

• Set time for meeting to set the Levy (Apr. 21)

will meet Tuesday, Apr. 14, at 7 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber in Lewisburg City Hall. On the agenda:

• Additional water staff request review

Northern Greenbrier Ambulance Service, Inc.

will hold their annual public meeting Tuesday, Apr. 14, at the Frankford Elementary School, in the cafeteria. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. and everyone is invited to attend. The annual meeting is held each year to give the community a chance to express concerns, learn about new happenings within the squad, ask questions or just to meet the squad and board of directors.
