White Sulphur Springs-Patricia Kersey Damon, 62, passed away Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at LewisGale Medical center in Salem, VA.
Pat was born Nov. 30, 1955, in Allegheny, VA, the daughter of the late Ernest Wyatt Kersty and Aretta Mae Bostic Kersey.
She was a member of the House of Prayer Church in White Sulphur Springs. She had worked at The Greenbrier Hotel, Stop-In, Buzz-In, and was an aid with Home Health.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Kersey.
Surviving are her husband, Steven T. Damon; sons, Joshua Macey of Lewisburg and Shawn Kersey (Inga) of Arlington, VA; grandchildren, Craig and Holly Kersey, Kiara, Amya and Gabrielle Macey; sisters; Jean Schumaker (Jack) of Sweet Springs, WV, Charlotte Cook (Bob) of Covington, VA, Ina M. Webb (Winston) of Richmond, VA and Sharon Hanson (Mike) of Richmond, VA; and brother, Leon Kersey (Beth) of Chesapeake, VA.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
