Celebrate Oktoberfest in downtown Lewisburg at Briergarten on Saturday, Sept. 19. Join us for a full day of German-inspired food, cold beer, live entertainment, contests, bingo and plenty of Oktoberfest fun.
The celebration kicks off at noon and features a traditional German toast, Was Ist Das Bier?! blind beer challenge, Der Wiener Blitz hot dog eating contest, keg curling, bingo throughout the day, WV’s Wurst Polka Band and Vern’s Pot O’ Chili!
Families can also enjoy the Kids Zone at Ascend from noon to 6 p.m..

We’re looking for 10 brave contestants to compete in the ultimate Oktoberfest hot dog showdown. Each contestant gets five hot dogs. When the clock starts, it’s every Wiener for themselves.
