Supporters of Greenbrier Valley local farmers, veterans, and schools will hold a peaceful rally on Apr. 5, at the Green Space in Lewisburg from noon to 1 p.m. Representatives from these groups will make brief remarks regarding the challenges each is facing today.
“Hands Off” signs will be available to support our farmers, Veterans’ benefits, USPS, our schools, Social Security, and Medicaid. Participants are invited to make their own signs in support of these groups. Following the speeches, those interested will walk a short route through parts of Lewisburg.
This event is part of rallies being held all over the country on Apr. 5. Everyone is invited to participate. Bring a friend and spread the word.(Note: Animals are not allowed in the Green Space)
