The New River Community and Technical College Office of Workforce Education formerly located in Jefferson Office Park in downtown Lewisburg has moved to the college’s Lee Street Complex. The new office is in the D building at the complex (site of the former Lewisburg Elementary School).
Workforce Education
Maintenance teams from New River’s Beckley and Greenbrier Valley Campus moved the Workforce Education Offices to the Lee Street Complex on Jan. 17. Due to the inclement weather, the installation of phones and internet service to the new office has been delayed. Anyone needing to reach the staff regarding workforce training or community education classes may call Gloria Kincaid at 304-661-6375 if they are not able to get through to the usual office numbers, 304-793-6101 or 793-3001.

In addition to offices, the new facility includes a classroom for New River’s table games program, which trains dealers for careers at The Greenbrier and other casinos. An additional classroom is available for community education and continuing education classes.
