Jane Kleeb, organizer from Nebraska, and Mekasi Horinek Camp, a native of the Ponca tribe of Oklahoma, are making the journey down to support those in West Virginia who stand against the proposed pipeline projects.

Close to 60 people in Monroe County joined the Native American Group Bold Nebraska in a blessing at Blue Roamin’ Farm south of Union.

Sacred corn of the Ponca Tribe was planted along the area where Mountain Valley and Atlantic Coast Pipelines are scheduled to be laid.
