Monroe County Cancer Awareness Team Bingo Event set for October 28

The Monroe County Cancer Awareness Team joins with the Robert C. Byrd Clinic for “Bingo For a Cure.”

The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 28, at the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine Alumni Center in Lewisburg. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m. for a light lunch and shopping for LuLaRoe items. Bingo begins at 2 p.m. Prizes will be various LuLaRoe items, winner take all cash paper special, 50/50, and gift basket raffles.

Advance tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the following locations in Lewisburg: Yaird’s, Greenbrier Real Estate, and Sunflower Soul. Tickets may be purchased in Union at the Monroe County Library and Pritt Law firm. Tickets the day of the event are $30. Proceeds will benefit the West Virginia Breast Health Initiative and the West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Care Program. Questions, contact Debbie Boggs at 304-667-8404.
