Vandalia Health’s Medicine in Motion initiative includes a sophisticated fleet of mobile medical units designed to break down the barriers of geography and transportation – bringing essential care directly to people who need it.
Screening mammograms are one of the best tools for detecting breast cancer in its earliest stages. The Mobile Mammo Unit will offer convenient, walk-in mammogram screenings to the public. All times are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.:

Vandalia Health’s Mobile Mammography Unit provides a fast, easy and confidential way for individuals to receive a screening, which is an important step in early breast cancer detection. This community-focused event is open to the public. No appointment is necessary.
You may be eligible for a mammogram if you are a woman age 40 and older, have not had a mammogram in the last 365 days, are not pregnant or breast-feeding and are not experiencing breast issues such as lumps, discharge or pain, you are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity for early detection of breast cancer.
The Vandalia Health Mobile Medical Fleet is staffed by experts and equipped with the same state-of-the-art digital imaging technology as you would get at a CAMC imaging facility for quick, convenient and accurate screenings.
