The Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce is once again preparing for their biggest event of the year – MEGA Business Showcase and Marketplace, which will be held this year on Nov. 9 at the West Virginia State Fairgrounds from 5-7:30 p.m.

This is an opportunity for Chamber members to showcase their business’ products and services to over 1,000 attendees.

Back by popular demand is a pie-eating contest sponsored by Davis-Stuart, Inc. featuring their culinary arts program, A Kids’ Zone sponsored by Dylan Boone of Farm Family Insurance. Selfie stations for your social media fun.

New this year is the MedExpress Teddy Bear Clinic. This a community outreach program that teaches children about health care and healthy habits. Our warm, friendly staff will perform checkups on stuffed animals and speak to children about hand washing, X-rays, splinters, and much more. Children are invited to bring their own stuffed friend, but MedExpress will also bring Sniffle the Bear – our huggable MedExpress teddy – to help us demonstrate some of the topics we discuss.

Annual favorites return with cash drawings, silent auction, a chili cook-off presented by your hometown cooks of Greenbrier Automotive, prizes for best decorated booth, giveaways, and food tastings.

Also big screen exposure at the event for all vendors provided by Black Lantern Productions, and more!

MEGA Business is free and open to the public. Community members are encouraged to take advantage of this annual event to visit with business owners/representatives in the area to see what products and services are available.

Vendors may register for the event at www.greenbrierwvchamber.org. Registration is reserved to current Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce members. Not a member but would like to participate? Sign up for membership today and enjoy member benefits throughout the year, including Business After Hours, trainings, member exclusive networking opportunities, free business directory listing in the Chamber Guide, online advertising opportunities, eblast services, and more.

Vendors 2017 MEGA booth purchase include:

– Backdrop (usually Royal Blue, some are black)

– Chairs (we will give you two but more will be available if needed)
