Lewisburg resident Justin McCullough has been selected second chair French Horn for the 2019 West Virginia All State Wind Orchestra. Justin is a sophomore at Greenbrier East High School. Under the direction of Dr. Christopher Selby, the All State Orchestra will present a concert Saturday, Mar. 9 at 1 p.m. in the Charleston Municipal Auditorium.
