Mary Sue Bostic Coffman

Lewisburg-Mary Sue Bostic Coffman, 73, passed away Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg.
She was born June 2, 1943, at Union, a daughter of the late Leonard Dean and Emma Caroline Ratliff Bostic.
Mary was a retired Dietaty Aide at Greenbrier Manor Nursing Home and attended Rhema Christian Center in Fairlea. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all who were lucky enough to know her.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by sister, Betty Vance; brothers, Hoover Hall, Ray Hall and Billy Bostic; and great- grandson, Braxton Kent Byars.
She is survived by: her husband of 57 years, Richard Coffman; two daughters, Debbie Bowyer and husband Steve of Flat Mountain and Susan Honaker and husband Donnie of Fairlea; son, Steve Coffman and companion Patty of Fairlea; grandchildren, Bruce Bowyer, Stephanie Bowyer Byars and husband Thomas, Brandon White, Zoobie Coffman and Josh Honaker; two great-grandchildren; Josie Lynn Byars and Gracie Nicole Byars; sister, Eva Chandler of Greenville; three brothers, David Bostic of Union, Freddy Bostic and wife Sarah of Ronceverte and Joe Bostic and companion Daisy of Ronceverte; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, Aug. 22, at 11 a.m. at Rhema Christian Center in Fairlea, with Pastor Stewart Farley officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of sympathy be made to Peyton Hospice House, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
