Mary Kathryn Allen, 70, of Frankford, WV, died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025 at her home in Frankford.
Born Aug. 21, 1954 at Frankford, WV, she was the daughter of the late Carl R. and Hazel Brackman Wykle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Kenny and Steve Wykle.
Kathy was a member of Enon Baptist Church of Frankford and was a retired clerk from Walmart.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Steve Allen; her children, Derek Allen and Jody Allen (Sabrina), all of Frankford; grandchildren, Morgan Allen, Erica Allen, Preston Allen, Conner Allen, and Shaelyn Allen; great grandchildren, Maisey Allen and Jonas Allen; a brother, Larry Wykle and many friends.
Kathy’s wish was to be cremated and a Celebration of Life service later this Spring. Her ashes will be scattered on Cold Knob and White Rock Camp.
